Reservations & Payment

Meeting Rooms/Receptions/Weddings
Events are reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Your date will be held for 5 days. A deposit and signed contract are required by the 5th day to secure your date. The deposit is one-half of the total rental fee. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Leu Gardens reserves the right to cancel the Facility Use Contract if the balance is not paid when due. Payments may be made in cash, check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

The City of Orlando requires all private events obtain a “Certificate of Insurance” reflecting coverage for bodily injury and property damage. This may be obtained through Harry P. Leu Gardens and the fee is based on the number of event attendees.

Refund Policy
Cancellations and date changes must be requested in writing. In case the event is canceled or changed by Lessee, the following refund policy will be exercised:

Full Refund60+ days notification
One-half Refund30 – 59 days notification
No RefundLess than 30 days notification
