a Volunteer at
A
botanical garden is a living museum made up of a collection of plants
that are managed for the purposes of conservation, display, research,
and education. The garden is a living classroom where old and young
alike can learn about their environment. It is a cultural institution
that offers significant social and economics benefits.
Leu
Gardens is also a collection of people who share an interest in advancing
our mission. A vital component of our “human resources” are our
volunteers! Opportunities exist in a variety of areas—based on an
individual’s interests, abilities and schedule. Volunteering is a
fantastic social interaction, and volunteering at Leu Gardens puts you in
a beautiful surrounding when meeting new friends. Volunteer
