Herbal Refreshments: A Tasting Workshop for Botanical Infusions, Cocktails & Mocktails
Friday, October 16, 2026
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Instructor: Lauren Tanner
Sip, savor, and get inspired! Join us for a hands-on workshop where we’ll explore the art of crafting herbal beverages perfect for Florida’s heat and the incoming fall season, including Halloween! We’ll focus on using seasonal and local ingredients, discovering the benefits of edible plants and their flavor profiles, and themed mocktails for the season. You’ll sample a few of our favorite recipes and play mixologist, using our herbal infusions and crafting your own. Taste refreshing infusions, experiment with botanical syrups, and mix up seasonal mocktails and cocktails bursting with flavor. We will also share tips on herbal garnishes and sample herb-infused bar snacks. Whether you’re a plant lover, a home entertainer, or simply seeking new ways to cool down, you’ll leave with delicious recipes and plenty of inspiration.
Lauren will also provide an Everyday Herbals market to purchase handcrafted herbal support.
