Full Moon Restorative Sound Experience

Sunday, May 31, 2026

4:45 PM - 6:00 PM

Instructor:Teresa Goodkind

A Nervous System Reset, Wrapped in Sound.

In a world that keeps us on alert, sound becomes a doorway back to calm.

This restorative experience gently guides the body out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest. As vibration moves through you, the breath slows, the heart softens, and tension begins to melt. When the body feels safe, it restores.

Held under the energy of the May 31 Full Moon, this gathering offers a natural pause a time to release accumulated tension, clear emotional weight, and return to inner steadiness. Full moons illuminate what is ready to soften and complete, making this an ideal evening for rest, reflection, and renewal.

The Sound Journey Includes:

Gong -Deep, immersive resonance that quiets the mind and supports nervous system reset.

Buffalo Drum - A steady, grounding rhythm that reconnects you to inner stability.

Crystal Singing Bowls - Sustained, pure tones that invite emotional balance and clarity.

Seeds & Rattles - Gentle, organic textures that refresh and subtly clear the energy field.

Rain Stick - Soothing cascades that cool the system and invite surrender.

Crystal Harp & Chimes - Light, luminous tones that soften the heart and create spacious awareness.

Together, these sounds create a sanctuary for your nervous system — a place to rest, reset, and return to yourself.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and any props that help you feel fully supported and at ease.

Registration Includes admission to the beautiful gardens before class.
