Neurographic-Inspired Art in Watercolor
Friday, February 27, 2026
1:00 PM-3:30 PM
Instructor: Ann Marie Palmer
Take an afternoon to disconnect and learn mindfulness skills with watercolor. During the workshop, we will briefly discuss artistic techniques that encourage wellness and time for reflection. Neurographic style art helps encourage mindfulness through doodling and free-line drawing. We will then incorporate watercolors to complete a beautiful painting, ready for framing. You will complete the class with enough knowledge to continue your own neurographic art practice at home! No previous experience necessary. All supplies included in your session fee.

Because watercolor actually moves on the paper, it is the most active of all mediums, almost a performance art. — Nita Engle
