Get ready for a festive afternoon of creativity and fun at the Leu Gardens Paint Your Pet Holiday Ornament Workshop! No previous painting experience is necessary! This class is designed for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned artist or just looking to have some fun. Karen’s expert guidance will ensure that you leave with a cherished ornament and perhaps even a new hobby!

• Enjoy approximately 1.5 hours of guided painting in a friendly group setting, with personalized assistance from Karen
• Create your very own holiday ornament featuring a drawing of your pet, which will be yours to keep
• Use provided materials, including acrylic paints, brushes, water cups, ribbons, and holiday embellishments

Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before class

After the successful purchase of your ticket(s), please send two (2) photos of your pet by Thursday, December 11, 2025, to karen@highhoundlowhound.com or text them to Karen @ (407) 301-0847. These photos will be used to prepare your canvas so that on the day of the event, you can jump right into the painting fun!

An artist from childhood, Karen majored in Fine Art in college and has worked as a creative professional for more than 20 years, lending her talents to renowned brands that include Disney and Anthropologie. Equally a lover of animals (and OG dog mom to the second generation of high hounds and low hounds!), Karen parlayed that keen eye for color, form, and composition into the creation of her one-woman company in 2018, painting portraits, murals and gifts that depict the fur babies of pet parents nationwide.

Participants must withdraw from classes at least 5 days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund. Eventbrite fees are non refundable. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund .

Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
