Sip, Blend, Heal: A Holiday Herbal Tea Experience

Sunday, December 6, 2026

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Instructor: Lauren Tanner

Slow down and savor the season with a cozy, hands-on herbal tea experience inspired by the plants and flavors of the holidays.

In this workshop, we'll explore a selection of seasonal herbs traditionally used to support wellness, restoration, and stamina during the busy winter months. You'll have the opportunity to see, smell, and taste individual herbs while learning how they can be thoughtfully incorporated into everyday tea rituals.

We'll sip seasonal herbal teas and enjoy a selection of festive, herbal-infused treats before moving into the hands-on portion of the experience: creating your own personalized holiday tea blend!

You will receive guidance on creating a balanced tea blend and then choose herbs based on the experience you're seeking. Perhaps something nourishing and grounding, a blend to support your stamina through the holiday season, or a comforting cup to help you slow down and reconnect. This handmade gift can be crafted to support you through the holiday season, or as a thoughtful gift for someone special.

Come take a pause from the holiday rush, connect with plants, and create something nourishing with your own hands.

Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.

Lauren will also provide an Everyday Herbals market to purchase handcrafted herbal support.
