Sound Bowl Healing Experience

Sound bowl healing works by calming the nervous system, guiding the brain into deeply restorative states, and releasing stored tension through gentle vibration. By supporting deep rest and lowering chronic stress, this practice helps promote rejuvenation, resilience, vitality, and longevity, allowing the body to return to balance and support its natural healing processes.
This session will be experienced in your choice of seated chairs or floor seating
To enhance comfort and deepen relaxation, you’re welcome to bring:
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- A blanket for warmth
- A small pillow or lumbar support (optional)
- An eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)
- Water to stay hydrated
These items help amplify the calming and rejuvenating effects of the sound bowl healing experience.

Registration Includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.
About the Instructor: Kristina Grabnickas is a Nurse Practitioner, Sleep Science Coach, former Massage Therapist, and Sound Bowl Practitioner with over 40 years of experience as a healer in healthcare. After completing a long cancer journey, she is now a survivor — and sound bowl healing became a powerful part of her physical and emotional recovery.

Participants must withdraw from classes at least 5 days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit. Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
